What are some good nutrition tips for high jumpers or jumpers in general?
I've jumped 7'4" but have a really bad diet, I'll even be eating a hot dog and drinking root bear during my competition, aside from when at a meet, what are some good diets outside.

Organic is good but there are easier options:
1. fruits and vegetables (not necessarily organic)
2. lean meats such as turkey
3. fish
4. healthy snacks such as nuts, protein drinks, protein bars, cheese
There are many choices in regular foods that make healthy eating easy.
Coach Payan, does this mean that you eat only organic???

ALL fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants! They don't have to be organic.
Many foods are packaged in snack size containers such as cottage cheese and yogurt. Sports drinks are excellent, too.
No need to resort to hot dogs and root beer when a protein drink is just as filling and even more convenient.
