Drills to help with getting hip into your throws. I'm having trouble with
upper body ahead of lower body. Need help bad!!

We have a couple of things we do as hip drills with the disk. Number 1, we tell our athletes to try and visualize a baseball turning his hips before his arms come through at a fastball. Secondly, we attach a bungee cable with a handle to the back of the cage and teach a twist and pull technique that makes the athlete turn on the ball of their feet and twist their hips before they can bring their arm through. Hope those help.
