I am wondering how to improve from a 11.3 and get faster. I am currently a sophmore and i am interested in getting to know what kind of workouts / weight lifts i should do to get better. I am seeking to get into the 10's possibly. I want to do some indoor track meets, so i should start now with my workouts / weight lifts..
