BLOCK STARTS

When I was tought to start out of blocks in 10th grade I was tought to use my left foot as my front foot when I read the block advice on this website it would have me change my setup to have my right foot as my lead foot I was wandering if changing this now after almost 4 years would do more harm than good as my blocks are very comfortable to me and i don't seem to be slower than anyone doing it the "right" way.

You should use which ever front foot comes naturally to you, there is no right and wrong way round!
