I have just read the article by George Payan regarding Components of a Speed Program. Would it be possible to obtain, in detail, the description of each activity?
I am a high school track coach and am very interested in starting a pre-season 6 week speed development program for our sprinters after the 4th of January. Since our Winters are snowy and cold, I would like to see if some of these drills could be done in our school hallway.
Any help you could give be would really be appreciated.
Thank you!
