Setting Up Throwers' Season

Coach:

I am coaching the throwing events for the first time this upcoming season. Beginning in January, what would be the best way to set up the upcoming season for the throwers on a week-by-week basis? I plan on having about 18-20 throwers. The weight room is taken during 6th period. Most of our meets are on Thursdays with Saturday invites every other weekend.
