I am interested in finding some example annual lifting programs for an Olympic Sprinter in the 200m or something similar to it. I am a university student and have to create a new program for Kostas Kenteris in a group project I am working in. I am having a hard time locating some sample programs as guidelines. Thanks to anyone who can point me in the right direction. Web sites or books would be helpful, too.
