I am a first year student currently studying sport science. I am analyzing what makes Jonathan Edwards the World Record holder in the triple jump in respect to biomechanical movements.
Can you could provide some knowledge on specific angles that are used to optimise this event and how to forward this knowledge to amateur triple jumpers.
I look forward to hearing from you with any insight to this subject.
Thanks
Miss J Ramsay
