long-jump / sprint / bodyfat%

Hello Coach,
I'm thinking of taking up track and have three questions because of that:
- By how much could I expect my 100m time to decrease, if I was able to go from about 16% body fat to 8% body fat, all other things staying equal (strength etc.)?
- How good/bad is a 8'2'' standing long jump (at 16% body fat) for somebody who has not worked with plyometrics or specific strength-training? One more thing, I forgot to ask: How much further should I be able to long jump using the right technique (given I'm able to learn the proper mechanics)?
thank you
