what do you suggest for the final 2 weeks of optimal training for a 13 yr. old in the 100m?

Monday:
150 build-ups
pace work 1x300, 1x200 and 1x100
end practice with 4x40

Tuesday:
150 build-ups
starts
3x100's relaxed
end practice with 4x40

Wednesday:
3x150 build-ups
1x60 9/10 speed 2 sets
end practice with 4x40

Thursday:
3x150 build-ups
5x40, 5x60
end practice with 4x40

Friday:
Light grass running
end practice with 4x40
