This season I tend to do the long jump, 200, 400 and maybe the 100
my 100 pb is 10.97, . How would I train to excel at all these different types of events. I want to bring my 100 to sub 10.8, 200 sub 22, and 400 sub 50 and 23+ in the long jump. What kind of training program would I do to reach all these goals.
