Hurdling and Sprints

I'm 14 years old and just finished cross country. I'm moving up an age group so I'm going from the 100 hurdles to the 110 hurdles and 200 hurdles to the 400 hurdles. I'm doing 300 hurdles in HS. Last year I ran in the 200m hurdles in 26.97. I was doing 800 and 1500 meter training because I did those events too. This year I'm going to focus on the 110 hurdles and 300 hurdles. My goal for the 300 hurdles is 37.74, for the 400 hurdles its sub-54. I'm not sure what I should set for the 110 hurdles; my time last year for the 100 hurdles was 15.5. Again, with mid-distance training.
So my questions are:
1. How can I become more of a sprinter?
2. What is the proper stance in blocks? Do you keep your back straight?
3. What plyometric workouts can I do to get faster?
