Formula Time & Distance
First, convert the total time to seconds. Multiply 65 seconds times 100% and divide by the percentage.
Formula:
90%
(65 x 100) / 90 = 72.22 (converts to 1:12)
80%
(65 x 100) / 80 = 81.25 (converts to 1:21)
70%
(65 x 100) / 70 = 92.85 (converts to 1:32)
There is a Springco icon on our web site you can click on for a book on this information. If you call them they can refer you to the proper book. Also, there are coaches who have spreadsheets with built in formulas for this purpose. If any coaches have this available, we will post it on the web site.
