Starting a new team
My high school is starting a cross country team for next year. I'll likely (and hopefully) be the coach. They've asked me what I need. Other than the obvious (stopwatches, shorts/singlet tops, warm-ups) what would you advise I request. My AD said this is the time to ask for what I'll need because ...
